Owner/trainer Alison Escobar appealed a 60-day suspension and $2,500 fine he received Aug. 12 from the Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission. He has been sanctioned for continuing to train a horse that has been repeatedly placed on Vet’s Lists.
