Tokyo Daishoten (G1) winner Diktaean was named the National Association of Racing’s Horse of the Year for 2025. His trainer, Katsunori Arayama, plans to ship Diktaean, who just turned 8, to Dubai for the March 28 Dubai World Cup (G1).
