Round two of the legal battle between the NYRA and Bob Baffert was decided in NYRA’s favor Oct. 5 as Judge Carol Bagley Amon tossed out Baffert’s contempt charges, allowing NYRA to proceed with a disciplinary hearing against the Hall of Fame trainer.
