Lisa Giannelli’s attorney Louis Fasulo tested positive for COVID-19 as part of new safety protocols at the U.S. District Court in Manhattan. The judge will make a ruling Jan. 25 on a motion to have Dr. Seth Fishman’s trial also declared a mistrial.
