The Thoroughbred Owners of California gave its 2021 statistical awards to Reddam Racing, Tommy Town Thoroughbreds, and Baoma Corp. All winners will be recognized at TOC’s annual meetings at Del Mar Aug. 13 and at Golden Gate Fields Oct. 22.
