Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil sentenced harness trainer Chris Oakes, who conspired with Thoroughbred trainer Jorge Navarro to give performance-enhancing drugs to Thoroughbred racehorses, to three years in prison during a sentencing hearing March 3.
