Flagstaff, a grade 1 winner and millionaire, will not race in the Nov. 6 Breeders Cup Sprint (G1) at Del Mar and has been retired, trainer John Sadler told broadcaster Michelle Yu on TVG’s Breakfast at the Breeders’ Cup television program.
