Awards are on the way to Kentucky’s Thoroughbred breeders participating in the commonwealth’s Thoroughbred Breeders’ Incentive Fund (KTBIF) program. The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission announces the release of $16.2 million through the KTBIF.
