Soul of and Angel responded well to shortening up to seven furlongs and won the $210,000 Princess Rooney Invitational Stakes (G3) Sept. 21 at Gulfstream Park, earning a fees-paid berth in the Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Sprint (G1).
