The Fasig-Tipton Midlantic May 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale will have a different feel when it is held May 20 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds. But Fasig-Tipton president and CEO Boyd Browning Jr. is optimistic despite being in “uncharted waters.”
